All orders should ship out within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) from the time your order is received.

Chastity Ring Sizing:
If partial sizing is required, would recommend ordering the larger full size. For example, if a size 6 1/2 is needed, we would recommend you order a size 7. In most instances this would make it easier to obtain local resizing to the desired size.
Crown of Thorns Ring Sizing:
Ladies Crown of Thorns Rings are available in a stock size which ranges from a 6 to a 7. Men's Crown of Thorn Rings are available in a stock size which ranges from a 10 to an 11. We cannot guarantee sizes on stock size rings.
Returns:
We offer a money back refund within 10 days of your purchase. If you received free shipping on your purchase and return for a refund, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Or, you can exchange your purchase within 15 days of receipt. Shipping will be charged for exchange merchandise. Items must be in original condition including all packaging. Sized items are not returnable. Returns due to customer error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (minimum $5.00).
We ask that you email us in advance for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER that you would put on the mailing label enabling your return to be processed in the fastest possible time.
Our owner is on hand to personally inspect each item that is returned. In most cases, your refund will be processed within two business days after our inspection of the item/s.
No returns will be accepted without this authorization, and unfortunately shipping fees are not refundable. Please fully insure your package so that if it is lost in transit you can file a claim. Hall Jewelers is not responsible for the packages in transit that you are sending back to us.
