All orders should ship out within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) from the time your order is received.

Chastity Ring Sizing:
Any size ordered other than a Full Size will require up to 7 additional business days for sizing. No Refunds or Exchanges on any sized rings.
Crown of Thorns Ring Sizing:
Any size ordered other than a Stock Size will require up to 7 additional business days for sizing. No Refunds or Exchanges on any sized rings.
Returns:
We offer a money back refund within 10 days of your purchase. If you received free shipping on your purchase and return for a refund, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Or, you can exchange your purchase within 30 days. Shipping will be charged for exchange merchandise. Items must be in original condition including all packaging. Sized items are not returnable.
We ask that you email us in advance for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER that you would put on the mailing label enabling your return to be processed in the fastest possible time.
Our owner is on hand to personally inspect each item that is returned. In most cases, your refund will be processed within two business days after our inspection of the item/s.
No returns will be accepted without this authorization, and unfortunately shipping fees are not refundable. Please fully insure your package so that if it is lost in transit you can file a claim. Hall Jewelers is not responsible for the packages in transit that you are sending back to us.
